MECKA 2024 photogallery

This year we decided to try MECKA. A relatively new fete that features traditional carnival characters and culture as well as an exciting stage show and great DJ vibes.

The venue was spacious and it really was interesting to see the traditional carnival characters and learn a little about what they signify from the Trinis in my group.

The perfomances were good as well, with Patrice Roberts in particular having a dynamic and high energy performance. That woman can hold a note and belt out tunes!

Anyways, recommended!
