Carnival Tuesday 2023
“The BIG show”. After three years of fearing for our lives, then lockdown after lockdown, then living in a dystopian reality, carnival had finally come back home! It was a great feeling to get back on the road. It was as beautiful as I thought it would be and I am happy I was able to be there. Just like carnival Monday, the real jamming didn’t start till after sunset, but the road went on till about 10pm, so there was more than enough time to get yourself a full serving of Jam! It was great seeing people I only see at carnival again, and it marked the return of that euphoric feeling we all chase.
