The fetes of Carnival in Jamaica 2022 (updated June 9th, 2022)
Carnival in Jamaica is happening in JULY 2022. It won’t be business as normal, but many of us plan to make the absolute best of the situation before things get a little closer to normal in 2023. Many of the main fetes for Carnival in Jamaica are back for the season and more are coming. Take a look below at some of the events announced so far for carnival in July.

Soca Night Live
Date: July 1st
New on the scene. A series of real soca fetes for real soca lovers by real soca people!
Ash Jouvert
Date: July 2nd
New on the scene in 2019, this J’ouvert party and road march brings a new concept to jouvert in Jamaica by using coloured “ash” instead of paint. The ash was colourful and, unlike Holi powder, it didn’t leave deep seated stains on your skin at all. It just washes off.
The party was full of vibes and had a fresh new concept and I’m looking forward to attending again!

SOS: Carnival Jump Start
Date: July 3rd
One of the original Jamaica carnival parties is back. SOS jump starts the carnival season at Jangas.
Bacchanal Premium
Date: July 6th
A premium food and drinks inclusive event by Bacchanal Jamaica, one of our Carnival bands. This event promises to give you only the best food, drink and music. Take a look!
XODUS TAILGATE
Date: July 7th @8pm
Xodus Jamaica’s carnival cooler fete. Carnival Thursday.
SUNKISSED
Carnival Friday July 8th
The PREMIERE Catamaran cruise for Jamaica Carnival, Sunkissed is an exclusive all inclusive cruise to the idyllic ocean atoll of maiden cay (see HERE, HERE and HERE. Tickets are VERY limited and most ticket holders have held onto their tickets during the pandemic, so don’t hitch if you want to attend.

Bacchanal Jouvert
Date: July 8th
Jamaicas original carnival week Jouvert. Usually affordable with a good VIP drinks inclusive option and a large following. This event is usually a large stationary fete that ends with a great Jouvert road March at the crack of dawn.
Scorch/Xodus _UCK WORK
Date: July 8th
Xodus and Scorch team up to bring _UCK WORK back to carnival friday night!

July 9th 5am
Sunnation and madhouse team up to bring you a carnival morning breakfast fete.

Carnival Saturday night July 9th
The PM fete has a different theme every year. This year is ELECTRIC, a soca Festival. Bring your EDM music festival inspired looks and come and rave to the best soca and enjoy our premium bar before its time to get ready for the road the next day!
