On March 22, in the lush confines of Hope Gardens, Jamaica carnival will take a step further towards maturity with the launch of a new J’ouvert called  Sunset Cocoa J’Ouvert. 

The event is a group affair with participation from many promoters and groups including the Lehwego endorsed “Soca vs Dancehall” crew.  Each “Team” gets their own separate packages and a different colour shirt to party in.  Being close to the Socavsdancehall team I can tell you their packages will be excellent with a lot of added value for money and access to cheaper partying on April 5 if you get my drift 🙂

The event takes place from 4pm to 12 midnight and will be hosted by Walshie Fire of Major Laser fame.  

These guys have a formula for success and I am POSITIVE that this event will redefine J’Ouvert in Jamaica.
