Soca Forever, Dec. 2022

December in Jamaica is a cornacopia of fetes and stage shows. A multitude of parties are keeping, but I had only 2 on my December calendar. Genxs band launch and Soca forever. Soca forever is a fete that us Jamaican soca lovers can DEPEND on to give us essentially 99% soca every time. This edition was a drinks inclusive version that just made the event more comfortable for me as I HATE lugging coolers around.

The bars moved quickly and the crowd at the front of the event was FULL of vibes. For me, the music was decent this edition but overall it was a good event and yet another chance to beat some of the rust off my waistline.
