Options to do road for Carnival in July
Jamaica carnival in July looks to be a new and different experience. In these rough times, we need to know all the options for taking part on that big day.
T-Shirt options
Both Xodus and Bacchanal Jamaica have Tshirt options. This allows you the opportunity to partake in all the amenities of the road without paying for an expensive costume. This is a great option for those who have their own costume options for the road, or for those who want to do the road with the least cost and fanfare.

Costume resale options.
Xodus has also opted to assist masqueraders in the task of selling their costumes. You can put your costumes up for sale and buyers can contact you through the website to arrange transfer of ownership of the costume. With the number of people online that claim to be skipping Jamaica because of previous plans or work, or simply outrage that its in JULY, you can expect to see a wide variety of costumes up for sale soon.
Another option is using good old faithful, FINEAHBAN. I have already seen several costumes selling at discounted prices and it may get even better as the big day gets closer.
So, although Carnival in July may not be for all, for those that are interested, there are plenty of options to take part and at good prices.
