Jamaican soca for 2023

For years I have been screaming into the void about the fact that JAMAICA, a country with one of the highest rates of music releases per Capita, has next to no music releases for one of it’s biggest events, JAMAICA CARNIVAL.

In the past I tried to help the process along by encouraging producers to make the music and trying to promote a few riddims over the years but in the end I found out that I really have no expertise or clout in the music arena.

Fortunately, others IN the music industry have come to the same conclusions I have, and have started to make their moves.

ZJ sparkz and Brush1 have taken up the mantle of Jamaican soca music producers and have started pumping out JAMAICAN soca for JAMAICA’S carnival. And I’m here to support every drop.
